How Insurance Works
To ensure a smooth experience, please provide a copy of your insurance card (front and back) when scheduling your appointment. Our administrative staff will:
- Verify your mental health benefits
- Explain co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Confirm eligibility for psychiatric services
Insurance coverage may vary by plan and policy. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment by the insurance provider.
Self-Pay Psychiatry Services (No Insurance Required)
If you do not have insurance, or if your plan is out-of-network we are happy to continue your care through our self-pay psychiatry options.
Self-Pay Rates
- Initial Psychiatric Intake Appointment: $350
- Follow-Up Appointments: $250
Our self-pay option provides transparent pricing and allows patients to receive private psychiatric care without insurance restrictions.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
